For the past two weeks Mon-Thurs. Miles and Shelbie have been taking swimming lessons at the YMCA. They started out in the same 3-5 yr old class, but after one day Miles moved up a class. We were totally surprised when we discovered that he could swim all by himself. Poor guy has been wearing a life jacket and who knows how long he could have been swimming. Ah well he is so excited and really starting to do good. Shelbie thinks that she can swim now that Miles can, however, she still has to keep her floaties on for a while because she has no fear and I am done pulling her up from under the water.
Also, in true Cooper fashion the kids have their own mask and snorkel just like Daddy. They are getting good at snorkeling around and searching for things on the bottom.

miles is so big, i can't wait to see him. I wish evelyn could swim that good, she probably could if she wasn't such a scardy cat. Maybe one day the swim lessons will pay off.
