Grant went diving a couple weeks ago and as usual brought home a bunch of fish. the kids always love looking at the fish and watching how he cuts it up. One of Corals words lately that she has added to her vocabulary is "fishie", or "big fishie", you can only imagine how proud Grant is! Below are a couple of pictures of the fish, what we did with it, and Coral pointing and saying, "big fishie".
Above is Grants new obsession, smoke fish. He puts wood chips in our grill, seasons the fish (this happens to be amberjack), and smokes it for a long time. It is rather yummy and we usually make some smoke dip out of some of it. As always the kids love to eat fish no matter how we prepare it.
This is the biggest grouper that he got on this trip.
