Tips for going to the water park.

We just went to the water park yesterday and had an interesting time and came away from the experience with some tips: Always always check the weather before you go, don't be in a rush to get back home at a certain time, if your son (or daughter for that matter) goes on a bunch of water rides and during lunch says that he doesn't feel good don't make him eat not even a bit because it will come up and it won't be pretty, and last but not least is bring extra towels cause you never know when you're going to need them.

You can probably tell from the tips that it stormed for about two hours and it was pretty chilly weather for Florida. Miles had a blast going on every single slide, but yes he paid the price later in the day. We had to be home for dinner at a certain time so when the weather finally cleared up we had to leave soon to be home in time. And it was so chilly that all the kids were cold and the few towels that we had brought got soaked in the storm.

Despite what it sounds like we actually had a good time and it was so fun to see the smiles on the kids faces. They love any kind of water activity even if it does rain and is chilly. I was really proud of my kids and how easy going and just go with the flow that they were.

I was trying to get Coral to look at me so that I could take a picture, but I love how this turned out.
Miles was so excited as soon as we walked in the gates.
Shelbie loved this alligator in the kids play pool.
